We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. To us, an HR Manager is a go-to person for all employee-related issues. This means that your HR Manager duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management.The job of HR Manager is important to business success. Responsibilities
  • Design, execute and lead People Strategy consistently with the overall Walliance group Industrial Plan
  • Design the Organizational Model and Hiring Plan across different functional areas, business lines, and geographies
  • Ensure that Corporate Values consistently and continuously permeate the whole organization across different functional areas, business lines, and geographies
  • Constantly monitor Walliance well-being and implement potential remediation initiatives
  • Manage, coordinate and lead the HR team constantly reviewing the People Service Model to ensure that business needs are effectively and efficiently addressed
  • Lead and constantly adapt Talent Acquisition Strategy to ensure that new team members are effectively and efficiently selected and hired
  • Lead and constantly review Employer Branding Strategy
  • Execute and iteratively re-engineer Walliance Performance
  • Management processes to ensure an exceptional professional career development of all team members
  • Design and implement ad-hoc development plans with a focus on managerial roles
  • Plan, monitor and control the HR Budget
  • Select and coordinate HR-specific external stakeholders, with a specific focus on HR Admin
  • Manage and coordinate HR payroll and other related processes across all covered geographical areas in coordination with external professionals
  • Ensure proper labor law diligence and compliance with the support of external professionals

Job requirements

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Fluency in Italian and English is a must. French and/or Spanish is a plus
